Established in 1991 as Grobler Koen (Pty) Ltd, GK Projects has emerged as a leading force in a diverse range of project types. From offices and retail centres to educational facilities, residential developments, motor dealerships, filling stations, townships, warehousing, high-rise apartments, and health and fitness centres, we have established a prominent presence in the industry. In 2007, we underwent a rebranding process, transforming into GK Project and Cost Engineering. At the same time, GK Projects Consulting was launched, specialising in alterations and refurbishments.

Since 1991, GK Projects has been a registered member of The South African Council for Quantity Surveyors and The Association of South African Quantity Surveyors. These affiliations demonstrate our dedication to maintaining the highest professional standards in the industry.
